  • Identity information: name, email address, date of birth, and government-issued identification where required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
  • Account information: service selections, sign-up requests, and communications with our support team.
  • Transaction information: payment amounts, recipients, and transfer history necessary to execute your instructions.
  • Optional mobile number: only if you affirmatively opt in to receive SMS messages from us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and access times.
  • Security data used for fraud prevention, authentication, and audit purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process sign-up requests, verify identity, and create accounts.
  • To execute, track, and record payment transfers you authorize.
  • To comply with U.S. legal obligations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti-money-laundering (AML) rules, OFAC sanctions screening, and state money-transmitter laws.
  • To send one-time passcodes (OTP) for secure login and service-related notices.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (identity verification, email delivery, hosting) under confidentiality obligations.

  • Transaction counterparties, limited to information necessary to complete a transfer you authorize.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Your Privacy Rights

4.1 All U.S. Users

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@transactionincoming.com. Certain records must be retained as required by federal financial recordkeeping laws (generally five years).

4.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encryption at rest, passwordless OTP authentication, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable state breach-notification laws.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by federal and state financial recordkeeping laws, typically five (5) years after account closure.

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

8. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)

Any commercial email we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, identification as an advertisement where applicable, our valid physical postal address, and a working opt-out mechanism honored within 10 business days.
