These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the optional text messaging program (the "Messaging Program") offered by Transaction Incoming, 1545 Munger Street, Houston, Texas 77023. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
The Messaging Program provides optional text messages related to your use of our Services, which may include: account notifications, one-time passcodes and security alerts, transaction confirmations and status updates, billing reminders, and — only where separately consented — service updates and promotional messages.
You may opt in only by affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms (such as the updates sign-up form or account request form). The checkbox is never pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Transaction Incoming does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
You can cancel the Messaging Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message, or email support@transactionincoming.com. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from the program unless you opt in again.

The Messaging Program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You must be 18 years or older and the authorized user of the mobile number provided. You agree to notify us if you change or relinquish your mobile number.
We may modify or suspend the Messaging Program at any time. Changes to these SMS Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
